Looking to have the bay view without having to deal with the traffic of Bay Ave? This is the place for you! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a lodge-themed interior. Small town coastal vibes. It’s only 3 blocks to the pier and 9 blocks to the marina. We have plenty of room to park & wash boats on our two concrete drives w/ a hose. Our Internet is 100x100 and there are 3 TVs ready to stream. The deck looks right at San Antonio Bay and a tree shades it in the afternoon.

Perfect coastal getaway with a view of Seadrift’s San Antonio Bay. Located at the end of the street with a private canal dock and kayak launch. You’re welcome to use our 3 kayaks. House is built on 15’ piers with the best sunrises and sunsets on the bay. Fishing cleaning station is on the side of the home. 1.8 miles from the Swan Point boat ramp, 17 miles to Port O’Connor, and 33 miles to the Aransas Wildlife Refuge. The canal is tidal influenced so not all boats will be able to dock.

Recently remodeled cottage off of Bay Ave, two house’s in. Bay view, not bay front. Includes three Smart Cast TV’s for entertainment, high speed internet, toaster, microwave and a Keurig coffee machine (pods not included). A washer and dryer is also on site for your convenience. Fenced in back yard for dogs! For those with boats, there is an easy access pull through driveway. We are located only blocks from the local boat ramp!
