In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

The vacation home 1+2 is located on a private property of 1000 m². The cottages have an area of approximately 43 m². The beach is about 50 m away. Restaurants are very close by: Greek about 50 m, German cuisine 600 m. Shopping, doctor, pharmacy are about 600 m away. To the train station in about 10 minutes (all on foot) and then in 45 minutes to the center of Berlin or in 15 minutes to Tropical Island. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Pure nature in the Biosphere Reserve Schorfheide-Chorin. Within the Biosphere Reserve, the property is located on the edge of a holiday village with GDR history, directly on Lake Grimnitz. Various owners rent out their bungalows there. Newly renovated, 80 sqm on the ground floor, modern and high-quality, 2 terraces, garden, directly at the swimming lake. On the upper floor there is another apartment (40 sqm) available for 2 people.

Since July 2018, we have 5 cozy apartments for 2 adults and children each. We welcome guests from all over the world! Stunning views over the Beetzsee, access to the in-house beach and a boat mooring, a 5 minute walk from the holiday property. On the 4000 sqm fenced holiday grounds you will find a playground to romp and a sauna to relax. Rowing boat on request. Tents on the holiday grounds are also possible by arrangement.

Bathing holiday at Beetzsee

With its numerous old buildings, Brandenburg is a good choice for a short break or longer stay. The historic city center can be reached by a walk along the water. There is a lot to visit or you just lazy on one of the many bathing beaches. For the active holidaymakers there is a variety of water sports. Brandenburg is also a stage on the Havelradweg. The federal capital can be reached in about 50 minutes.

Das romantische Ferienhaus Nixe ist der ideale Urlaubsort für Naturliebhaber, die Ruhe und Privatsphäre suchen. Der maritime 4-Sterne-Bungalow befindet sich nur 7m vom See entfernt und verfügt über eine eigene Liegewiese. Den Wintergarten kann man im Sommer als Terrasse nutzen und im Winter beheizen.
