Perfectly suited for a summer or winter holiday, as a couple or with the whole family, our exclusive flats offer living pleasure at the highest level in the midst of the Kitzbühel Alps, the Rofan Mountains and the Brandenberg Alps in the beautiful Alpbach Valley. Pets are welcome after prior registration for EUR 15.00 per day / pet. The use of the wellness area and the fitness room, as well as the ski and bike room is free of charge for all our guests. Exclusive apartment with a hot tub and infrared cabin! It is located in the center of Kolsass. This includes a large garden, a private garage and parking spaces. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.
