Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Brandenburg idyll with private lake access

The accommodation is located on the beautiful Lake Teupitz, which is suitable for swimming and all kinds of water sports. The house has been newly built and has all kinds of modern gadgets that make living extremely comfortable. The interior design has been adapted to the apartment by the lake in a bright and contemporary way. A king-size box-spring bed invites you to end an active day in Brandenburg nature comfortably. In addition, our guests can expect delicious teas and Nespresso coffee.

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Old bakery in the Fischerkietz

The apartment is located in a former bakery in the historic Fischerkietz. With its listed houses, the street is reminiscent of a village street from the turn of the century. The castle island as well as the old town with all amenities are within walking distance. In summer you can swim in the river pool or in Lake Müggelsee. BER airport can be reached in 45 minutes by bus (162/164) and S-Bahn (45/9). If you want to combine city trip and relaxation, this is the place to be.

Our 70 m² guest apartment (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and large garden) in an idyllic location on the edge of the Lower Oderbruch offers space for relaxation and country life. Many animals live on our farm. A swimming lake in the village is within walking distance - the Alte Oder, forest, meadows and fields invite you to experience nature and simply "unwind." Also suitable for active vacationers, cyclists and especially families with children. Everything is there :-)

The completely separate, clean and cozy small apartment with its own entrance is located only 9 km from BER airport in the basement of our single-family home in a very quiet, green location. Parking is available at any time right outside the door (5 meters). The apartment has a small outdoor area with a table and chairs. This wonderful new 120 sqm penthouse apartment with fireplace + 220 sqm water property + terrace and garden sauna (first water line + quiet location) with boat mooring and underground parking and stand-up paddle boards. Distance: 7 min walk to Grünau S-Bahn station and 20 min to Berlin City. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy for 6 people. Thus, a private boat tour in and through Berlin can also be booked at any time with me.
