Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. The Morgensonne apartment has its own characteristic charm thanks to the high-quality wooden floors. It can be combined with 2 other apartments on the ground floor in the Sonnen house in Nettetal-Lobberich. It can be reached via stairs on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The living area with an open kitchen and the bathroom are on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 separate bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, and a sofa bed in the anteroom. Each apartment has its own entrance!

Forest hut

Lonely forest hut in the middle of nature. The hut can be reached by car. It cannot be reached by public transport. Cozy furnishings, with fireplace, wood should be brought by yourself. The hut has household equipment with a good standard. Access and grounds are natural. All guests who want to enjoy nature and tranquility and respect nature conservation are welcome. Instructions and key handover only possible in German. Smoking is not allowed.

There is also a small cooking area (no kitchen) with microwave, fridge, coffee maker and double stove top. We share the hallway, the HW room and the staircase. My study is on the same floor. It's the perfect base for a variety of leisure activities in a charming setting. The Geni vacation home is a lovingly renovated and modernly converted cottage from the 19th century and was awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.

Since 1987, we have been calling this beautiful, listed farm our home, which we have independently renovated and restored with a lot of love and commitment. With us live here our dogs, a bunch of chickens and geese as well as several horses and ponies who are allowed to spend their evening here.
