Huge, traditionally furnished apartment in the heart of the Black Forest with an amazing view in the middle of nature. 110 m² (1200 ft²) with a great balcony, including a BBQ grill. The surrounding forest is only 2 minutes away by foot: an idyllic paradise for hikers and mountain bikers with endless trails to discover. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a wellness tub, a cosy living room and a dining area. The two bedrooms each offer a comfortable double bed.

Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. It´s a complete separate flat with space for up to 5 people + 1 Baby (+ 1 person on the coach) located in the middle of nature. 2012 we renovated the flat with handmade wooden furniture. The farm is just next door- you´re welcome to have a look! Important: It is very quiet here and located outside the village, you need a car to get here. No Wifi in the flat! Perfect for nature lovers and hiking people.

You don't hear any street or cars and yet relativeley close to train station or shopping (5km). You can reach restaurants by foot (15 min). Ideal starting point for hiking tours, city trips or just relaxing.
