Lots of parking space, even for trailers. Enjoy a newly finished apartment, separate from our house, located above the garage. The apartment has an open concept kitchen/living room with a bunk bed and queen sleeper sofa and one separate bedroom with a king bed. Access to wifi, smart TV, and Netflix included.

Only 25 minutes from downtown Houghton and Hancock, 15 minutes from historic Calumet, and less than an hour from Mount Bohemia.

Fog Signal House at Sand Hills

Enjoy an extraordinary couple's retreat at the historic Fog Signal House at Sand Hills Lighthouse. Originally built in 1919 to house two massive fog horns, the Fog House has been transformed into a relaxing space for two. Captains Quarter's is located in a unique fishing village with the Big Traverse River on one side and Lake Superior on the other. Inside the home large windows provide views of both the lake and the river. Your private beach on Lake Superior is 110 steps away from the back door. The sunrises along with views of the Huron Mountains, sandstone cliffs of Louis Point are a site to see, from the comforts of the home. Snowmobile trail is very close just 9/10's of a mile away.

Two bedroom cottage, nestled in the stunning Keweenaw Peninsula, is on 330 foot of lakeshore and surrounded by forest and nature. 50 foot dock recently added. This peaceful paradise awaits your arrival, located just 15 minutes from Houghton and MTU. Sleeps 6 total. We are approximately 4.8 miles from the Dollar Bay Snow Mobile Trailhead, Great snowshoeing around the property as well. cottage is on a shared driveway with owners. About 55 minutes from Mount Bohemia.

Stay in the heart of Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula, not far from beautiful Lake Superior, Copper Harbor, and downtown Calumet's National Historic Park. We have added a “spa” room in our basement that has a large steam room/sauna, a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and full bathroom. Our house does not have a TV but we do have awesome Spectrum wifi. There’s also in floor heat and central air conditioning! Sorry no pets.
