The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

A supermarket is located only about 500 m from the apartment. The beautiful city of Szczecin is about an hour's drive from us.
