The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The flat (120sqm) comprises 3 bedrooms (1x double box spring bed, 2x single box spring bed, 1x French bed). The flat also has a living room with sofa corner and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher) and a dining table with 6 chairs. The bathroom has a shower and WC, and there is also a separate WC. The covered wooden balcony (25 sqm) offers a wonderful panoramic view.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
