Waldvilla – Vacation Home on the Baltic Sea for 9 People

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Sweet & salty Heringsdorf

Fresh and salt water in one: Unique and very quiet location on Lake Schloonsee – overlooking the lake – and a two-minute walk to the Baltic Sea beach. Our apartment is located directly in the middle between the Bansin and Heringsdorf piers. As a long-established Heringsdorf family – even our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – hosting has a tradition with us and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

The apartment is a 70 m² 2-room apartment on the first floor and spacious. The rooms can be darkened by external blinds. Your terrace faces south. The rooms are bright and modernly furnished. In the living room/bedroom, each has 1 TV with Internet connection (for example, Netflix) The terrace with seating is adjacent to a large meadow. The grounds are fenced and therefore offer safety for children playing. A tool shed is also there.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

We offer a newly built and spacious attic apartment/loft with sauna and fireplace for up to 7 people in the center of the seaside resort of Bansin. The property has 2 roof terraces (smaller terrace overlooking the sea) as well as an open living-dining area with a large gas fireplace and designer kitchen. At a distance of 400 m you will find the beach promenade and the beach as well as smaller shopping and restaurants .

The spacious living area impresses with its light-flooded atmosphere. The open, modernly equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to culinary delights. Whether you end the day on the cozy balcony or in the harmoniously designed interior. The apartment has three separate bedrooms. Two stylish bathrooms offer additional comfort: one with toilet and shower, the other with bathtub, toilet and shower.
