The mansion offers 6 spacious bedrooms with space for up to 6 families and groups of up to 12 adults. It can accommodate 20 people in 5 double beds and on good mattresses. In addition, the building offers spacious common areas. 1 large living and dining room with open fireplace. 1 small lounge. 1 large kitchen, library, 1 sauna, 1 jacuzzi (use costs an additional €150).

The vacation farm is rented as a group accommodation exclusively for a group of guests who belong together. For arrivals of more than 16 people, each additional guest costs €25 per night. The well-kept garden, enclosed with a hedge, has many nice seating areas. In the garden there is a small pond, two beautiful large sun loungers and a grill. The beautiful view of the village and the beautiful low mountain landscape enchants every guest. One pet is allowed.

Welcome to our home! We rent a cozy and large sheep/living room with kitchen and bathroom on the second floor of the house. The apartment is located in Fulda - Kohlhaus. Parking is available free of charge on the street. By car, you'll be in the city center in about 10 minutes, but you can also take the bus. The stop is about 8 minutes' walk from the apartment. Shopping is good in the Kaiserwiesen shopping center. About 18 minutes on foot.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals.
