Private house. 2 minutes from the subway, the best location! Spacious balcony and kitchen.

Suitable for the whole family to stay or for long stays (best for a month!) It's a spacious house. Since it's a house that my family used to live in, I'm renting it out after a little maintenance, so it has most of the things you need for living. Located in a suburban residential area, it is quiet and peaceful, and all supermarket chains are nearby. It's a 2-minute walk from the subway, so the accessibility to the city is obvious. (Approximately 20 minutes, including walking time to the city center) You can sit on a very spacious balcony, bask in the sun, read a book, drink tea, or cook with the herbs I grew. Basic seasonings are also provided.

In Auffach, the holiday apartment Luisalle Top 6 offers an excellent view of the mountain. The apartment is located in a new building in Hochtal Wildschönau. Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten- wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuesten Stand wieder hergerichtet Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit alten & neuen Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Schöne 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung - sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen in der Nähe der Bavaria / Theresienwiese - für einen Kurzbesuch im schönen München oder auch für länger! Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG (mit Aufzug), ist sehr hell, hat ca. 44 qm und einen großen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne mit einem Daybed sowie einem kleinen Esstisch mit Stühlen. Modern, stylisch und absolut neuwertig möbliert mit Boxspringbett, Ess-/Arbeitstisch, Küchenzeile, Duschbad, begehbarem Kleiderschrank, etc.

Quietly located, yet just a 5-minute walk from the ski bus stop and back to the house on skis. Ski down the legendary "Streif" in Austria's largest connected ski area. The village center with shops and restaurants is a 7-minute walk away. The hotel around the corner also offers the opportunity to enjoy a spa day. Many interesting activities await you off the slopes, too: ski touring, ice climbing, snowshoe hikes, tobogganing on the Gaisberg...

Garden....living, close to Munich!

My non-smoking home is in the green Gröbenzell, you can easily walk in a few minutes to Munich. Public transport is available. There are several restaurants nearby (Chinese, Greek, Italian, Bavarian) The apartment has a garden. Directly behind the house (10 meters!) Is an exclusive gym with wellness area (fee / day about 18 euros). Many shopping possibilities (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Deichmann, Tengelmann etc.) within 5 minutes walk.

Ein kleiner Eingang öffnet sich zu diesem modernen und neu eingerichteten Einzelzimmer. Das Zimmer erstreckt sich über 15 m² und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf eine malerische Bergkulisse.
