The 50 m² apartment on the second floor has just been renovated. The country house style with solid wood is harmonized with modern furnishings and amenities. Free Wi-Fi, parking in the courtyard. Whether hiking, mountain biking or winter sports, here in the area you will find numerous activities in every season and every weather.

This modern, four-room apartment, approximately 130 m², is situated in a completely quiet location. Light-filled, bright rooms with large windows impress with their high-quality furnishings. A total of three bedrooms, each with a double bed, meet the highest standards of comfortable living. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped. A special feature is the sunny southeast-facing terrace with mountain views. The sauna in the basement invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing.

Genieße einfach das Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Im Dachgeschoss unseres neuen Reiheneckhauses befindet sich das 54 m² Apartment. Bäcker, Metzger und Lebensmittler in der Nähe. Bahnhof ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Schliersee in 5 Minuten und Tegernsee 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Skifahrer und Biker ideal. Eigene E-Ladesäule vorhanden. Wir und unsere 2 Katzen wohnen im gleichen Haus im EG und 1. Stock. Gemeinsamer Hauseingang.

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation right by the lake. Thanks to its unique location, you are 2 minutes from the lake, directly in the hiking area, or a few minutes by car from skiing. Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), “children's room” with 3 bunk beds and separate single bed (all 90 x 200 cm), as well as a high-quality sofa bed in the living room. The apartment also has two bathrooms (one with shower) and a large terrace with Weber grill and garden.

Schliersee Spitzingsee Wendelstein region/ apartment

The bright, modern attic apartment is located in Neuhaus am Schliersee with views of the surrounding mountains. From here you can start hiking with your backpack right away - the Josefstal waterfalls are just a 10-minute walk away. In winter, you can reach the Spitzingsee ski resort in 10-15 minutes by bus (stop 100 m) - or by your own car. (For electric cars: charging station available). We would like to rent the apartment only to families with max. 2 children or 2 adults.

You will be guests in our home. The real Seehäusl is located directly on the lake, with its own jetty and strip of shore No children under 12 years of age 2-room apartment (55 sqm) is on the 3rd floor under the roof Bath Balcony Double bed (200 x 140) Sofa bed (200x90) in the Passage room between double bedroom and bathroom and entrance door. Cozy Mountain Nest – Hausham

Welcome to the cozy Bergnest Hausham – a brand-new vacation rental for two to four people located between Lake Schliersee and Lake Tegernsee. It is located in the attic (3rd floor) of our family home, can be accessed via two flights of stairs and a private entrance, and has a beautiful, sunny west-facing balcony. The apartment consists of a large, bright room (kitchen, dining area, double bed, sofa bed) and a bathroom. Great for young families and couples.
