With its approximately 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, the Elster Park is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit period. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.
