Dream suburb, airport, trade fair, A14 Leipzig City

Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

The accommodation is located in the historic city center. In 5 minutes, you can reach the tram stop and shops for daily needs as well as pizza delivery services. You will find free parking not far from the property (about 1 minute) It's less than 5 minutes to the highway. So it's ideal for a short break before continuing your journey. Often the house is not bookable, although it is actually available. So feel free to ask if it has to be spontaneous or if you would like to stay longer.

Vacation home near Auensee

Combine your city trip with a little nature. A few minutes' walk away is Lake Auensee and the entrance to the almost endless Auwald for hikes, bike tours and other activities. The concert hall "Haus Auensee" is a 15-minute walk away. In the other direction, you get on the tram 150 m away and are in the city center in 20 minutes without changing trains for various sights. Supermarket and restaurants can be found within 200 m.

Cozy, spacious apartment on the edge of the Leipzig Auenwald. Breakfast and evenings can be enjoyed on the covered terrace. The apartment is accessible. The city of Leipzig can be reached by tram (stop in about 2 min. Walk) in about 30 minutes. The apartment is located on the Elster bike path between Leipzig and Halle. It is about 6 km to the highway. Shopping and restaurant about 300 m walk. The baker is also open on Sundays.

I offer accommodation in a quiet, green location on the edge of the Auenwald. Since the apartment is fully furnished and equipped, it is ideal for fitters or those who have to work nearby. Leipzig Central Station is accessible by tram (which can be reached on foot in 6 minutes) within 30 minutes. There is also a shopping facility within a 5-minute walk. Certainly you can get one or the other extra from me by arrangement.:)

Great facilities: oak floor, luxury bathroom, kitchen. Some construction site is still left. Garden is still under construction.

Hostel A ( independent accommodation unit in the attic and lockable ) has 3 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Leipzig can be reached by public transport in about 1 hour, by car in half an hour, the airport is 10-15 minutes away by car, by bus in about 25 minutes.

Our 1-room apartment is located in the middle of a lovingly renovated 4-sided courtyard in a community housing project with 29 people in 4 generations. During your stay, you can also use the outdoor area. Baby cot available. And because it is always asked: bed linen and towels are of course also provided 😉
