Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. Set in a cosy village, which has a small beach 5 minutes walk away, 2 windmills, 5 eateries within 1 km from the house, and cycling paths everywhere. The house is able to accommodate maximum 4 adults and up to 3 children. Our neighbourhood rules limit the amount of adults we can host, so I am afraid that I will have to turn down any requests from groups or families with more than four adults.

Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long dock for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). In a few minutes you will sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Herring Fleet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day Grevelingen beach (5 min.) or the Norwegian beach (20 min.). Also cozy towns in Zeeland are not far away. The popular tourist city of Rotterdam is only 25 minutes by car.
