On board our self-built houseboat, we have created a guest room in the "front deck". There is a view of open water, a covered private seat outside and if you want, you can take a dip from the apartment. The boat is located in the Eastern Docklands of Amsterdam, the urban planning much acclaimed neighborhood near the city center. Feel welcome in this beautiful place and discover our beautiful city by bike (included in the price) or walk through our beautiful neighborhood. All amenities are close by.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Stay in a unique location just outside Amsterdam! This renovated, spacious property in Landsmeer offers comfort for 9 people. There are 4 bedrooms (upstairs), 3 showers (downstairs), 2 bathrooms (downstairs), and a garden. Close to the vibrant city, on the edge of a nature reserve. By public transportation, downtown Amsterdam is about 15 minutes away. The bus stop is at 50m. A (Uber) taxi to town is barely 15 minutes. This house is not suitable for children between 6 months and 4 years.

Amsterdam City - Rooftop Houseboat

Step onboard this amazing houseboat, a beautifully restored trekschuit, a traditional Dutch canal boat once pulled by horses along the towpaths. Built around 1900, the boat originally served local farmers, carrying cargo and passengers through the quiet waterways of the countryside. Since those early days, the boat has been lovingly preserved and transformed into a cozy houseboat.
