"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Our wooden house (on the outskirts) offers tranquility and relaxation on 110 m². The terraces, a large balcony and a beautiful garden guarantee relaxing hours. From here you can start hiking, biking and sightseeing tours. The Hunsrück offers an infinite number of beautiful excursion destinations. The Moselle and Rhine are very close. Trier, Mainz, Koblenz, Cochem, as well as the German gemstone city of Idar-Oberstein, to name just a few examples, are also in the vicinity.

5-star natural chalet to Marie-Luise National Park

It all started with a dream. Natural chalets to the national park. This is the name of our new vacation homes in Allenbach. The natural log houses are identically furnished inside. One chalet is called Franz, the other Marie-Luise. Like our two children. The smell of the wood brings the desired relaxation. A free electric car is available for the duration of your stay. You only pay for the electricity for charging. The electric car is a Hyundai Kona.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. We have excluded pets but dogs are allowed and welcome, The apartment is a few meters from the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and very close to Erbeskopf and Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, a bakery, a butcher and supermarkets are quickly accessible from the apartment by car.
