Or find peace on the water with our canoes, recommended! Our atmospheric cottage is located in the back of the garden, and is built from the old building materials from the old auction of Avenhorn. Conveniently located 10-40 km from: Hoorn-Enkhuizen-Medemblik, Edam-Volendam-Marken. But certainly also Alkmaar, the Zaanse schans, Amsterdam and not to forget, the coast of Noord Holland.

Welcome to this nice place, on the beautiful Dorpsstraat van Zwaag, 2km from the center of Hoorn, 30 minutes above Amsterdam. This accommodation has its own entrance, 3 air conditioners, 2 bedrooms & views of greenery. Comfortably and recently renovated farmhouse with two bedrooms in a small village directly located at the Markermeer. It's quiet and surrounded by nature with lots of water birds. There is a terrace at fishing and swimming water with great sunsets. The house caters for 4 people. There is a well equipped kitchen and smart TV with Netflix. Well suited for a long weekend or longer holidays for relaxing, cycling and visiting Noord Holland. Amsterdam as well is at half an hour by car or bus.
