Or find peace on the water with our canoes, recommended! Our atmospheric cottage is located in the back of the garden, and is built from the old building materials from the old auction of Avenhorn. Conveniently located 10-40 km from: Hoorn-Enkhuizen-Medemblik, Edam-Volendam-Marken. But certainly also Alkmaar, the Zaanse schans, Amsterdam and not to forget, the coast of Noord Holland.

Welcome to this nice place, on the beautiful Dorpsstraat van Zwaag, 2km from the center of Hoorn, 30 minutes above Amsterdam. This accommodation has its own entrance, 3 air conditioners, 2 bedrooms & views of greenery. Modern and child-friendly décor with luxurious amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms: one with a box spring and one with single beds. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and rain shower. From the living room, you have a view of the cozy terrace and the beach. You can enjoy the sun all day long on the terrace.

There is a terrace at fishing and swimming water with great sunsets. The house caters for 4 people. There is a well equipped kitchen and smart TV with Netflix. Well suited for a long weekend or longer holidays for relaxing, cycling and visiting Noord Holland. Amsterdam as well is at half an hour by car or bus.
