A modern bathroom with shower and bathtub on the first floor as well as a bathroom with shower and sauna to relax on the top floor. Spacious living and dining room with open kitchen and cozy furniture. Large southwest terrace overlooking the pond. In the fall and winter months, the fireplace conjures up a homely atmosphere. A well-trained dog up to knee height can be brought along, please inquire before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbit). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
