Guesthouse on private tennis court, near nature reserve.

We have a detached guesthouse in the back of our property, 50 meters behind our house and our private tennis court. Perfect location for visiting Utrecht and Amsterdam (10 and 40 minutes by train, and the station is within walking distance). Also ideal for cycling and hiking tours because we are at the National Park “Utrechtse Heuvelrug”. The rental is incl. max. 2 hours (per day) use of our tennis court. Please indicate in advance if you want to play tennis. Bicycles can be safely stored here.

The recently renovated "Gastenverblijf De Hucht" is a wonderful place to really relax... with a large veranda and a spacious view of the garden. To relax, there is also a private wellness. Due to the location, there is a lot of privacy. You can also bake your own pizza in the brick oven!! "Gastenverblijf De Hucht" itself is 87 m2 and equipped with all the necessary luxury. There is a living-dining area with TV and complete kitchen. Furthermore, 3 cozy bedrooms and a separate bathroom with toilet.

Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance the park, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The cottage is a renovated barn in the back, overlooking the meadows in the beautiful area of Schoonrewoerd. The 1 bedroom cottage is fully equiped , Kitchen, Bathroom and a 2nd toilet. It is 60 sq/m big and can host up to 4 people. Ideally 2 adults & 2 children, but 4 adults is possible (for a few days) but it might be a bit crowdy. You can enjoy your own private garden near the water, you will have easy and private access to the cottage via the right side of our farmhouse.
