Sunny refurbished apartment in the heart of Berlin. The apartment has two rooms, including a large quiet bedroom facing the inner court yard and south facing living area with an oversized comfy sofa, dining room table and height adjustable work desk. Off the living room, lies a furnished balcony with table and chairs and lots of direct sunlight. There is a modernised bathroom with washing machine and standing shower as well as a seperate kitchen with dishwasher and full cooking facilities.

Jahrhundert erbauten Gartenvilla befindet sich am historischen „Florapark“ und erschließt nur diese 75 qm große Wohnung. Über ein eigenes Treppenhaus gelangen Sie in eine liebevoll sanierte kaiserzeitliche „Bel Etage“ mit allem Komfort. Den Reiz der Altbauwohnung haben wir bewahrt, besonders der kleine Wintergarten lädt zum Verweilen ein.

The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

Our beautiful room is looking forward to seeing you. Equipped for 1 to 2 people, we have everything you need for a pleasant short stay in Berlin. We are in the northern part of Mitte. In 10 minutes you are directly in the heart of Berlin by U-Bahn, e.g. at Friedrichstraße or in Tegeler Forst. Just a 15-minute walk to Plötzensee for walking / swimming. We have a bedroom with a large table with a view, a bathroom, Wi-Fi, a LAN connection and a fully automatic coffee maker.

This small apartment is located in the attic of an apartment building right next to a lake and its park. It is less than one minute walking from the nearest metro station. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, a drugstore, snacks and restaurants. The surroundings towards the lake are very quiet and also the shopping street is far enough away to enjoy a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle. The furnishings of the apartment allow every comfort.

The place is artistically designed according to our own ideas. It is located in our single-family house on the 1st floor. It has its own entrance via an external spiral staircase. The surrounding area is very green and quiet. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The U-Bahn station Kurt Schumacher Platz is 400 meters away. By U 6, you are in the city center in 20 minutes.

Cozy 1 room apartment in the rear courtyard with kitchen and bathroom. View of the courtyard garden. Centrally located at the Schäfersee, a 2-minute walk to the U8 subway Franz-Neumann-Platz. It is 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and Mitte and 15 minutes to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good, since easyJet now also lands and takes off in Tegel :-)
