New built apartment (approx. 60 sqm) with separate entrance at the ground floor of my house in Berlin-Niederschönhausen, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two separate beds, one room with fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, baking oven) and one large bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, laundry dryer. Max. capacity is four adults. An additional, brandnew bathroom with jacuzzi tube for 2 persons can be used as well.

Relaxed and warm quiet atmosphere, ideal for working, desk present. Very spacious room, 22m2. Close to many options for public transportation. The S-Bahn (metro) and bus are just 200 meters away, allowing you to reach tourist attractions quickly and providing a direct connection to the airport. Several parks around the corner. Green quiet neighborhood. Supermarkets close by. Please note: I have a sweet dog. She is very sweet, quiet, and friendly, and the space is well kept clean as well.

Small, beautiful apartment by the lake

This small apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building right next to a lake and its park. It is less than a one-minute walk from the nearest subway station. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, a drugstore, snack bars and restaurants. The surroundings towards the lake are very quiet and the shopping street is also far enough away to enjoy a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle. The furnishings of the apartment provide every comfort.

The newly renovated rooms extend over 21 square metres and consist of a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a private bathroom with a rain shower. The rooms include a small work area or workbench, perfect for working remotely. The rooms can accommodate up to 2 people. Please note that the shower is located in the room, not in a separate bathroom. Please note that all of our rooms have showers with glass doors that are not opaque.

20 m from the U8-Franz Neumann Platz, 10' from Alexanderplatz, 3 stops from Gesundbrünnen, the apartment overlooks the lake and the park "am Schäfersee" on one side and on the other side a shopping street where you will find within walking distance: Netto, Lidl, Edeka, restaurants, bars and clothing stores. In the bedroom, you have a queen size bed, a wardrobe with mirrors, a small desk with chair.

It is 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and Mitte and 15 minutes to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good, since easyJet now also lands and takes off in Tegel :-)
