Max. capacity is four adults. An additional, brandnew bathroom with jacuzzi tube for 2 persons can be used as well.

In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, a drugstore, snack bars and restaurants. The surroundings towards the lake are very quiet and the shopping street is also far enough away to enjoy a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle. The furnishings of the apartment provide every comfort.

Cozy 1 room apartment in the rear courtyard with kitchen and bathroom. View of the courtyard garden. Centrally located at the Schäfersee, a 2-minute walk to the U8 subway Franz-Neumann-Platz. It is 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and Mitte and 15 minutes to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good, since easyJet now also lands and takes off in Tegel :-)
