Apartment renovated in 2022 at the sheltered end of the former village school. Apartment with kitchen-living room, open bedroom and bathroom. A sleeping place for four. Double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room. The outdoor sauna is heated for an additional fee. The apartment is located in a quiet area, 8km from the center. The rest of the building is for the host's own use, with dogs and chickens strutting around on their side of the yard. In the yard there is room to stay and, for example, barbecue. It is also good for families with children.

Private duplex in the center of Joensuu. Cozy apartment with sauna, glazed balcony for evening sun and central, but quiet location: 1km to the market, 500m to the university. Parking lot in the courtyard, plus 8h puck spots on the street (8am-6pm). NOTE: Self-catering, i.e. you take care of the sheets and cleaning yourself. Please leave the apartment as tidy as it was when you arrived. Bring your own sheets or you can borrow from the closet. Washing and drying of borrowed sheets before departure 🙂✨

A neat 21m² studio is located on the edge of the park in a quiet residential area of Niinivaara. However, the building is located on the same plot with a detached house and with its own entrance. Tämä tilava rivitalo kaksio (65m2) sijaitsee Olavinlinnan kupeessa rauhallisessa naapurustossa aivan Saimaan rannan ääressä. Asunnossa on oma sisäänkäynti, parveke, sauna ja täysin varusteltu keittiö. Eteisen seinältä löytyy ilmalämpöpumppu takamaan miellyttävän lämpötilan kesät talvet. Asunto on koristeltu viherkasvein. Ilmainen pysäköinti myös kesällä! Huomioithan, että tämä asunto on myös kotini. Näin ollen suurin osa kaapeista on henkilökohtaisia tavaroitani varten.
