Could accommodate from one to five people depending on your preferences for sleeping arrangements: One (1) queen bed (60"x80"); One (1) double/full futon couch (54"x74"); One (1) single futon chair (30"x74").

Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by with the river as a backdrop.
