Hello and Welcome! You want to discover or rediscover Belle-Ile en Mer, our house with contemporary and refined decoration welcomes you with your family, your friends for a stay. (capacity 12 people, 2, 3 families). In the heart of a pretty hamlet km from the picturesque port of Sauzon and 2 km5 from Donner Beach. Description and service of our house mixing both modern and authenticity On the ground floor The front door opens onto a large living room of 56m2: both dining room (12 seats) and living room (2 sofas) overlooking the garden on the south side. The kitchen opens onto this living space thanks to a separation by a high table with high chairs for breakfasts, breakfasts or convivial moments for an aperitif. Close to the entrance, to facilitate your organization is a convenient pantry like back kitchen and lingerie. There is also a contemporary bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom/shower for your comfort. Upstairs The staircase leads to a landing converted into a TV lounge for your relaxing moments. Three beautiful bedrooms (22 m2, 20 m2 and 14 m2) with soft and relaxing hues and contemporary decor. Each is equipped with a shower/sink area for your comfort and autonomy.

Shops and beaches are a 1- and 10-minute walk away, respectively. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open space with living room and wood-burning stove. (Toilets on the ground floor + upstairs.) Large equipped kitchen overlooking a south-facing terrace with a beautiful fully openable bay window. Laundry (washing machine, ironing board and iron.) Cleaning service included. Linens provided. Our den is located facing the sea, on the quay leading to the center of the village, on the 1st floor of the building, with a garden at the same level. Guests will enjoy stunning sea views. Nearby: restaurants, creperie, ice cream parlor. The village center is a 10-minute walk away. In the main room on the ground floor you will find all the necessary comforts, a kitchen, and a sitting area with a large sofa bed. All overlooking a breathtaking sea view. Upstairs, 3 small bedrooms with sea view.

A lovely old house in stone fully refurbished in full respect of tradition. Located in a large garden which includes the house of the host as well as 2 others rented houses. Several beaches around, the closest at 1500m. The village of Baden with shops is 2km away. Parking available in the property included a covered place for motos. Quiet place perfect to rest. Possibility to use bikes if available. Suitable for a couple or a family (the 2 bedrooms are communicating without a door in between)

In the heart of the flora and a few steps from the coast (300m from the Beach Front), the show is continuous in summer as in winter. You can relax in peace while enjoying the many activities offered on the peninsula (Sailing, Boat, surfing and all water and Beach activities, horse riding, cycling, amazing views...). From Quiberon you can go to visit the Islands of Belle-île, Houat and Hoëdic.
