PLEASE READ...THE HOME HAD WATER DAMAGE IN THE BASEMENT A FEW WEEKS AGO AND IT IS NOT USABLE. BASEMENT IS CLEAN but the studs are showing and NO ONE is allowed down there. A group of seven stayed there the last few days and they were very pleased Home has big screen TVs in every room, bedrooms are upstairs, basement has a play room for kids to plug and play on one side and the other side is a full movie theater. The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub!
