Our carriage house has been completely restored from a post and beam barn to a beautiful and comfortable studio apartment. There are two beds-one comfortable queen and a cozy twin; hardwood floors throughout; the kitchen has granite counters, new appliances and a raised eating bar; separate dining table and work desk; bathroom is fully tiled with a glass enclosed shower. Central HVAC.Two off-street parking spaces are yours, along with a shared fenced yard and a separate coded entry for security.

Charming trackside carriage house Saratoga Springs

The carriage house is a completely stand alone building with our private home in the front of the property. The unit is on the 2nd floor and includes one parking spot in driveway . Driveway gate can be locked at night It borders Saratoga Racetrack, making it a few minutes walk to either entrance. Racing Museum, Fasig Tipton and downtown are all within 4 blocks. You can use our family (unheated) pool open mid June to September. Not suitable for pets or children. Special prices for long term.

Our Happy Place - Spectacular views and wildlife!

You'll love this property for all it has to offer! This is a beautiful and spacious loft with great views of the lake directly across the street. The guest residence is decorated in a rustic adirondack style, with spacious living room, kitchen and 2 decks overlooking the lake, and plenty of parking. Comfy queen sized beds in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has cooling mattress, so you'll sleep like a baby! The living room can accommodate a couple of additional people.

Absolutely the best location in Saratoga Springs! There’s a big difference between “walk to downtown” and being downtown! This beautifully restored and comfortably furnished second floor carriage house apartment is an oasis less than one block from the heart of downtown. Quiet and Cozy Country Cottage

Very clean, well kept, 1 bedroom country cottage. Hardwood floors in bedroom and kitchen. Propane heater for winter months and AC in the summer. This a very quiet place, great for a relaxing getaway. There is a fire pit on the property, right near the cottage, for evening fires. We recommend AWD or 4WD or vehicles with snow tires during winter months. The cottage is located on a hill, can be slippery in the winter.

A spacious deck features a seating area with comfortable chairs and a table for dining. An umbrella provides shade over the outdoor seating, while potted plants add greenery. Large glass doors lead to the interior space, creating a seamless connection with the outdoors.
