Our clean and modern vacation home rests on a beautiful property backing into nature preserve with lots of privacy and views of palm trees. Located near restaurants and grocery stores, 10 miles from Siesta Key Beach/ Lido Key Beach and St. Armand's Cir. 6.1 Miles from UTC Mall and 5.7 Miles from Downtown Sarasota. The perfect family friendly vacation home with plenty of space to relax. Must be 27+ years old to book and stay. Absolutely no pets, smoking, or parties. 8 adults and 2 kids max.

The #1 voted beach in the USA and its powder soft sugar sand is an 7-minute walk. Paradise and serenity have been found. One of the few places that will allow your small dog to stay. Also one of the few you can rent for less than a week.

Charming 3/2 home with a pool! very safe neighborhood, 8.9 miles to Siesta Beach and 5.5 miles to Lido Beach. 15 minute walk to The quaint little village of Pinecraft and Der Dutchman Restaurant and more restaurants and shops. Very clean, private back yard, heated pool, coffee station... really everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Sarasota.
