Ea. bdrm has queen bed, the sunporch has twin daybed. Linens & towels included. The kitchenette has a full coffee & tea station, toaster oven & microwave & sm. fridge. Water accessible in full bathroom. Living rm has Roku tv , couch, table and seating for 5. All rooms have free WIFI. a 2.4 cu ft. fridge and quiet A/C.

Additional vehicles must be parked in the village lot. Close to downtown,10 miles to Lake Placid, plenty of outdoor recreation such as hiking and kayaking nearby. Access to the Adirondack Rail Trail is nearby. This space is suitable for three people comfortably. There is 1 Full sized bed and 1 twin bed.

Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.

For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.
