Beautiful house completely refurbished in 2020. Located a few minutes walk from the wonderful Sardinian coast. In an extremely quiet and peaceful spot, your privacy and relaxation are guaranteed. The house can accomodate 4 people. Within 5-15 minutes there are many beaches that can be reached as well as the world famous Tuerreda and its crystal clear waters. The charming town of Teulada can be reached in only ten minutes.

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.

Air conditioning in all rooms. Wifi. Kitchen with Sardinian oven for grilling, baking pizza or bread. Car park at the house. Plenty of space for children to play and run around. You can go shopping in Teulada, 5km away.
