Welcome to Les Charmes cottage, a peaceful place that can accommodate up to 6 guests. New and comfortable bedding. Signed decoration. On the ground floor, bedroom with 180 cm double bed or 2 twin beds. Upstairs, two 90 cm single beds and one 140 cm double bed. The cottage is located in the heart of a large property with access to a one-hectare park, beautifully planted with century-old trees. Enjoy a 12-meter swimming pool. Rénovation tout juste terminée, les équipements sont donc flambant neufs : TV, électroménager, WIFI et un piano de cuisson pour les amateurs! Nous sommes au pied des vignobles proches de Viré, Clessé, Lugny et du berceau Chardonnay, sur lesquels je pourrai volontiers vous faire partager ma passion. Accès très facile par la D906, sortie autoroute à 15 mn, parking devant la maison.

20 minutes from the Great Lakes, stay in an old forge with rustic charm, surrounded by nature and animals. Large master bedroom (35 m²) with private bathroom and toilet. Very spacious and bright 2-room apartment, located in the heart of Givry. Small shops, as well as restaurants and the gym are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The vineyards as well as the hiking and biking trails are accessible within a 5-minute walk. Le Clos Léonie is ideal for a couple or a small family of 4 people for a stopover, a tourist or wine stay or simply for a relaxing moment in the charming village of Givry

The studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The entrance is independent and is through its private terrace. There is a garden to cross to get to the studio. There is no space to park in the yard with a car (parking is 50 m away). If you'd like, you'll have access to the hot tub in a nearby room with limited access (time slot to be agreed) folding crib for children (under 2 years old)
