Alliance du moderne et de l'ancien, cette maison combine fonctionnalité et romantisme. Rénovation tout juste terminée, les équipements sont donc flambant neufs : TV, électroménager, WIFI et un piano de cuisson pour les amateurs! Nous sommes au pied des vignobles proches de Viré, Clessé, Lugny et du berceau Chardonnay, sur lesquels je pourrai volontiers vous faire partager ma passion. Accès très facile par la D906, sortie autoroute à 15 mn, parking devant la maison.

Le Colibri Boat

Located in the largest marina in France, enjoy the charming and relaxing setting of this river boat for a romantic night or a few relaxing days. The Colibri can accommodate 4 people, possibility of being 5 with the sofa (let us know) It is located 25 minutes from Dole, 45 minutes from Dijon, 40 minutes from Beaune and close to Lake Chour. Equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms with shower and toilet, spacious living room and terrace to enjoy the beautiful days.

Rustic Forge with Hot Tub & Nature – Morvan

20 minutes from the Great Lakes, stay in an old forge with rustic charm, surrounded by nature and animals. Large master bedroom (35 m²) with private bathroom and toilet. Relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi and rowing machine. Optional bedroom in a former hayloft (2 pers.) with shower and toilet. (No kitchenette) but Electric hobs and gas BBQ available with pots, pans, plates… Hikes from the house, games (boules, ping-pong, badminton) and bike rental.

The apartment is composed of an equipped kitchen, a spacious 27m2 living/dining room with a sofa bed (sleeping 140x190). One bedroom with a large dressing room with a 160x200 bed. And finally a bathroom with shower. You will be close to the city center, 2 steps from the train station, hospital 100m away and all shops nearby. "Les Sylphes" in a Burgundian enclosure, a set of remarkable stones and embellished with care. It is a place of healing mixing nature, art and spirituality. You can have access to communal areas, including a meditative space, for practicing yoga, or mindfulness. At the center of this picture of greenery you can settle around an aquatic basin. Nénuphars , loungers and koi carp. So you can read under the apple tree or sleep in a lounger.

The vineyards as well as the hiking and biking trails are accessible within a 5-minute walk. Le Clos Léonie is ideal for a couple or a small family of 4 people for a stopover, a tourist or wine stay or simply for a relaxing moment in the charming village of Givry

The studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The entrance is independent and is through its private terrace. There is a garden to cross to get to the studio. There is no space to park in the yard with a car (parking is 50 m away). If you'd like, you'll have access to the hot tub in a nearby room with limited access (time slot to be agreed) folding crib for children (under 2 years old)
