At the foot of the mountain, a forest area full of natural beauty, only 25 km from the center of São José dos Campos and approximately 130 km from the center of São Paulo, with more than 95,000 m², many flowers, birds, a small lake, a simple but well-equipped house. The house has 3 bedrooms, 18 beds that accommodate 22 people. Kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms. 2 barbecues, large swimming pool. Equipped industrial kitchen, 6 external bathrooms, stage for large events, and more.

Simple house without an independent entrance, with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and toilet. There is a small balcony with a chair and hammock for contemplation and a small pallet deck with a water tank. The garden is open, with fruit trees and ornamental plants. You can count on a covered garage, Wi-Fi and basic utensils. Ideal for those who need to be close to the Presidente Dutra highway (1 km). Pinhão is the house dog. He's loose, but he doesn't disturb the stay. ATTENTION: Roosters and hens sing in the garden.

The super friends space is a hall for parties such as weddings, baptisms, birthdays, corporate gatherings, among others, or simply to spend a day of rest with the family. We do not have rooms or a place for accommodation. The hall has a capacity for up to 100 people per party, we have 60 chairs, a freezer, refrigerator, fans, bathrooms with accessibility, a swimming pool with a shower and a protection and control grid for those responsible for children. It is in a great location.

Fully renovated and carefully decorated space to surprise you with comfort and beauty. The bed is queen-size, with good quality bedding, Smart TV, fast internet, fully functional kitchen, large bathroom and includes parking space. Downtown SJC is just a 6 minute drive, but within two blocks you'll find Market, Bakery, Pharmacy, Cashier 24h, Snack Bars, etc. Check-in is facilitated at any time after 3pm without the need to meet in person.
