Eclectic Monte Laginha @ Alentejo (Surf & Beach)

Our home is an agricultural house renovated into an open plan loft with 3 bedrooms (2 in mezzanine open style/no privacy/no tall people) located in the traditional Alentejo hills and 30min drive from beaches and surf schools of the Vicentina Coast. The village of Cercal is 10 min drive away. We both grew up in the area since babies and therefore we love coming here throughout the year. Having this 'monte' is a refuge for us which we enjoy to connect with nature and the sea.

New full-floor villa, with heated pool (april to september), with thoughtful decor. Come and enjoy the sunsets of the sun from the terrace. 5 minutes walk from the center of Porto-Covo, in a private subdivision and 500m from the beach. Air conditioning was installed July 2023. ATTENTION, the house is located in the heart of a new subdivision, buildings are still underway within the subdivision near the house. But the prices offered take this into account.
