Village Houses - Melides

Newly renovated house in the center of a very typical small Portuguese village close to the beaches. A is very sustainable, as it has self-consumption photovoltaic panels and a heat pump for heating water. The house has been very well insulated and the windows are Class A, so it is fresh in the summer and comfortable in the winter. The House is modern and very big and has an outdoor patio with a table for meals and a space for rest and leisure. We have another smaller house next door to rent too

Old mill

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Cabin

T1 with private garden space and heated pool, just minutes from Samouqueira Beach and Porto Covo Village. In the Cabana, a bathtub was placed in the bedroom, next to the wide window, in order to allow the observation of the extensive fields, through which cows and sheep graze, and the sea on the horizon. The blue and yellowish hues are reflected in the sea, in the dunes and meadows, the spectacle is sublime, especially at sunset. Come on, live slowly!
