Das nossas varandas é possível sentir a doce maresia do mar, o bater das ondas na rocha, o chilrear das gaivotas e o incrível espetáculo dos barcos a passar sob a nossa varanda. Este apartamento tem escritório privado e um solário com total privacidade, onde os nossos hóspedes podem apanhar banhos de sol, sempre com uma vista soberba sobre o oceano.

Old Wine Villa

Welcome to Paradise! Come stay at our cozy Villa with a splendid Atlantic ocean view by the infinity pool! This house was first built in 1932 and since then it has been know as "Casa do Vinho Velho", "The Old Wine House". My great-grand mother used to tell stories about the old man "Vinho Velho" and his passion for his wine and agriculture. The house has been updated but we have kept old features, like an old brick oven in the kitchen and 3 stone rocks for vine hanging in the living room!

Os nossos abrigos ficam situados dentro do Parque Ecológico do Funchal, com uma área de 8 km2. O Parque possui vários percursos pedestres recomendados, Canyoning, um percurso de Enduro BTT, entre outras actividades.

The beach has access to the sea, has a solarium area and showers. Next to the Jardim Municipal (central garden) and the Baltazar Dias theatre. 200m away from the marina ( Our balcony overlooks the Marina ). Guests over 12 years of age, not resident in Madeira, must pay a tourist tax of 2€ per guest per day, up to a maximum of 14€ per stay per guest.
