It is located a few meters from the tourist port of Maratea, the village where the residence is located is immersed in a network of stairs, arches and narrow passages. On one side it is surrounded by greenery, on the other it has a magnificent view of the Christ. The house is very bright and each apartment has at least one view of the sea.

From the apartment you walk directly into the large garden with very spacious terrace, BBQ, sunbeds, dining table and picnic table. Both the public beach and the many beach clubs are only a 5-minute drive away, as well as supermarkets, restaurants, bars and so on.
