La Casa sul Porto nasce dall’amore dei suoi proprietari per Maratea, località lucana considerata la perla del Tirreno, un anfiteatro verdissimo che ha come palcoscenico il mare. Si trova a pochissimi metri dal porticciolo turistico di Maratea, il borgo in cui si trova la residenza è immerso in un reticolo di scale, archetti e passaggi angusti. Da un lato è immersa nel verde, dall'altro ha una magnifica vista sul Cristo. La casa è molto luminosa e ogni appartamento ha almeno un affaccio sul mare.

Con questo alloggio in centro, la tua famiglia sarà vicina a tutto. A pochi metri potrete trovare vari supermercati, farmacia, vari negozi e anche un parco giochi. L'appartamento dista 500mt dal mare. Il Prezzo per 2 persone e riferito per una stanza, per chi volesse la seconda stanza ci sarà un supplemento, quindi vi chiedo dopo aver prenotato l'appartamento di comunicarci il numero della stanza in modo da inviarvi la differenza. L'appartamento è al 3 piano senza ascensore.

Parking is available in place. Car rental or bike rental can be arranged (depends on availability)
