LUXURY IN SAN JUAN WITH AIR CONDITIONING.

Ideal for families. With air conditioning and WiFi. A parking space is available, but must be requested. All exterior. With lots of natural light and lighting. Surrounded by supermarkets, a market and flea market, bakeries, ice cream shops, restaurants, bars, shops with all the necessary services without having to take the car. We have the beach 8 minutes away and downtown Alicante 10 minutes away. Public transportation is also available right at the door.

It is a very simple and small studio in the center of San Juan village, equipped enough to meet basic needs. Due to its size it is ideal for one or two people, but it has a sofa bed and they can stay one or two more. It has linens, towels, kitchenware, iron, TV, wifi etc. Close to all services such as supermarkets, shops, cafeterias, banks, transportation. It is 2 kilometers from the beach of San Juan and the golf course and 6 from the center of Alicante.
