Borgo Allegri - Graziosa casa immersa nell’ arte

Fatti sorprendere dagli inediti accostamenti di pareti in mattoni e arredi di carattere moderno. Ogni dettaglio di questo appartamento è curato per creare un'atmosfera calda e conviviale. Il soppalco poi si presta per momenti giocosi o di relax ma anche per due ospiti in più! L'appartamento è stato creato con amore per i dettagli e attenzione al comfort e vivibilità degli spazi. Si tratta di un open space di 40m2 ampio, comodo, elegante e di design. Si trova in una zona tranquilla all'interno del cuore della città, tra quelle che sono le vie della movida fiorentina e al tempo stesso il cuore storico, artistico ed architettonico della città. Una menzione va a via Pietra Piana e Sant'Ambrogio, che, seppur nel circuito turistico, mantiene ancora intatto il suo carattere locale, con negozi non destinati al consumo del turismo di massa, ma più attenti alla necessità di chi ancora risiede dentro le mura cittadine e, con loro, chi più interessato ad un turismo vicino alla vera natura dei luoghi visitati. La zona giorno è luminosa ed è il cuore della casa, dotata di un piccolo ma comodo divano, due poltroncine, tv a schermo piatto e tavolo dove si mangia comodamente in quattro L'adiacente cucina è moderna e completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per consentirvi di cimentarvi ai fornelli anche in vacanza. La camera da letto si affaccia sul retro dell'edificio, molto silenziosa, ha un comodo letto matrimoniale, scrivania, e una piccola cabina armadio. Sarò sempre disponibile ad aiutare e suggerire agli ospiti qualche punto di vista particolare della città. Quando possibile eseguirò personalmente il check-in o il check-out L'appartamento si trova a metà tra due anime, una molto turistica e piena di interessi storici, e l'altra più autentica e legata ancora a chi vive in città. Di fronte all'appartamento si apre uno dei pochi e rari spazi pubblici verdi dentro le mura. Consiglio a tutti gli ospiti di scaricare la app Mobike, per spostarsi agilmente in bicicletta all'interno della città. Altrimenti sicuramente muoversi a piedi è la migliora alternativa per una città della misura di Firenze. L'appartamento si trova a metà tra due anime, una molto turistica e piena d'interessi storici, e l'altra più autentica e legata ancora a chi vive in città. Di fronte all'appartamento si apre uno dei pochi e rari spazi pubblici verdi dentro le mura.

I was happy here :) The UNESCO historic center is beyond the square and all possible services are under the house or within walking distance. 5 minutes from the traditional neighborhoods of Sant'Ambrogio and Santa Croce and within walking distance of the Duomo and other historical places. Well connected by bus, taxi and train (Campo di Marte Station), reachable by car and with an agreement with the nearby paid parking lot. Central but quiet, super equipped and full of beautiful energy to share.

Welcome to your perfect retreat in Florence! This elegant apartment, fully renovated in Feb.2025, offers ultimate comfort. This apartment will steal your heart thanks to its breathtaking view over Duomo Santa Maria del Fiore. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an ancient building in downtown Florence. A lift will take you on the 3th floor. From there, you'll climb 15 stairs. The terrace features a nice table with two 2 chairs and one wooden bench: perfect to eat breakfast in the morning or to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. This private space , 4 square meters, is located in the common terrace.

Localizzato a 1 minuto a piede da Piazza Santa Croce, in bellissimo palazzo storico del 1400. Appartamento professionalmente sanificato ad ogni cambio ospite. Tipicamente fiorentino con i pavimenti in cotto e le travicelli in legno. Ristrutturato e arredato dispone di due camere da letto, un bagno e una piccola cucina. Comodissimo da raggiungere perché sta al pian terreno (non avrai bisogno di salire scale). Situato nel centro storico, perfetto per chi desidera visitare la città camminando.

The Michelangelo apartment is a comfortable two-room apartment and is located on the first floor of an elegant and ancient building, next to Piazza Santa Croce. Ideal location for visiting the city. It consists of an equipped kitchen, a large bedroom / living room and a bathroom. A total restyling of the apartment was made in November 2019. During the pandemic it was closed and reopened in January 2023.
