Borgo Allegri - Graziosa casa immersa nell’ arte

Fatti sorprendere dagli inediti accostamenti di pareti in mattoni e arredi di carattere moderno. Ogni dettaglio di questo appartamento è curato per creare un'atmosfera calda e conviviale. Il soppalco poi si presta per momenti giocosi o di relax ma anche per due ospiti in più! L'appartamento è stato creato con amore per i dettagli e attenzione al comfort e vivibilità degli spazi. Si tratta di un open space di 40m2 ampio, comodo, elegante e di design. Si trova in una zona tranquilla all'interno del cuore della città, tra quelle che sono le vie della movida fiorentina e al tempo stesso il cuore storico, artistico ed architettonico della città. Una menzione va a via Pietra Piana e Sant'Ambrogio, che, seppur nel circuito turistico, mantiene ancora intatto il suo carattere locale, con negozi non destinati al consumo del turismo di massa, ma più attenti alla necessità di chi ancora risiede dentro le mura cittadine e, con loro, chi più interessato ad un turismo vicino alla vera natura dei luoghi visitati. La zona giorno è luminosa ed è il cuore della casa, dotata di un piccolo ma comodo divano, due poltroncine, tv a schermo piatto e tavolo dove si mangia comodamente in quattro L'adiacente cucina è moderna e completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per consentirvi di cimentarvi ai fornelli anche in vacanza. La camera da letto si affaccia sul retro dell'edificio, molto silenziosa, ha un comodo letto matrimoniale, scrivania, e una piccola cabina armadio. Sarò sempre disponibile ad aiutare e suggerire agli ospiti qualche punto di vista particolare della città. Quando possibile eseguirò personalmente il check-in o il check-out L'appartamento si trova a metà tra due anime, una molto turistica e piena di interessi storici, e l'altra più autentica e legata ancora a chi vive in città. Di fronte all'appartamento si apre uno dei pochi e rari spazi pubblici verdi dentro le mura. Consiglio a tutti gli ospiti di scaricare la app Mobike, per spostarsi agilmente in bicicletta all'interno della città. Altrimenti sicuramente muoversi a piedi è la migliora alternativa per una città della misura di Firenze. L'appartamento si trova a metà tra due anime, una molto turistica e piena d'interessi storici, e l'altra più autentica e legata ancora a chi vive in città. Di fronte all'appartamento si apre uno dei pochi e rari spazi pubblici verdi dentro le mura.

Cozy 4th-Floor Loft Overlooking Piazza Santa Croce

This cozy suite and the spectacular views from its many windows over the impressive Basilica di Santa Croce and the square, gives you the perfect position to admire the splendor and majesty of this ancient city from the comforts of your own (temporary) home. Once entered the apartment, you will be greeted warmly by the homely atmosphere at once. High white wash exposed beams and plenty of windows provide an abundance of natural light. Tastefully decorated with enchanting artwork and charismatic furnishings, this apartment will surely give you an authentic experience one could never obtain in a standard hotel. Next to the fully equipped kitchen, there is an original open fireplace and a magnificent tribal throne at your disposal. The space opens up to a cute living room/dining area for you to wind down in after a long day of sightseeing. The large double bed and the glorious headboard are also ideal for stretching out after walking around this ancient city. The bathroom is incredibly charming with new fittings and fixtures and fun striped tiles. My guests will have all the apartment for them I’m always ready to answer to all the questions that my guests have! This apartment is set in the Renaissance surroundings of Piazza Santa Croce, in the historic heart of Florence. It's also the location for 'Calcio Fiorentino', a traditional 16th-century football game. Walk from here to numerous sights and museums. From the airport the best way for reach the apartment is by taxi. (25minutes) From the station you can come by walk (25/30 minutes) or taxi (5/7 minutes) If come by car, the nearest garage is Garage dei Tintori, 3 minutes walking from the apartment.

Pietrapiana flat-quiet and central

Just nearby Piazza dei Ciompi and 5 minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore and Santa Croce square, this historical stone-built apartment is an elegant and comfortable oasis in the heart of Florence. You can relax at home while enjoying the private garden, with jasmines, roses, hydrangeas and cammelias. You’ll love the peaceful setting in the lively area of Sant’Ambrogio, bustling with artistic and artisanal activity, and full of the sounds and smells of the local cuisine. This is one area that has maintained, still today, the ancient traditions of Tuscany. There are several traditional restaurants, local food shops and artisan products at the local market and in the shops. This 70 sqm apartment is on the ground floor of the building (just two steps to come in) and has a sweet twin/double room, one bathroom with the shower and a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining space is spacious. The bedroom and the living room have a view on the garden. Nice,bright and cosy apt,2nd floor (43 steps) of a characteristic building in the heart of "Sant'Ambrogio",one of the most popular and lively block of the city. Very close to a fresh products market and with a very good restaurant/bar on the groundfloor. You'll need 10 min walking to Duomo, Piazza della Signoria or Santa Croce,breathing the atmosphere you'll find around our location.
