Nice apartment, 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has a living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and a big terrace, with private parking. Fully equiped (Wifi optical fiber included). Urbanization is equipped with a big pool and a childen pool, minigolf, gym, paddle, social club and playground. Well comunicated with Alicante center or places like Benidorm on bus (stop bus at 100 meters) or tram (just 5 minutes). Near to a supermarket, farmacy and some services.

It is a very simple and small studio in the center of San Juan village, equipped enough to meet basic needs. Due to its size it is ideal for one or two people, but it has a sofa bed and they can stay one or two more. It has linens, towels, kitchenware, iron, TV, wifi etc. Close to all services such as supermarkets, shops, cafeterias, banks, transportation. It is 2 kilometers from the beach of San Juan and the golf course and 6 from the center of Alicante.

Places of interest: the beach 700 meters away, buses and tram to the center of Alicante, and the airport (20 minutes by car). We have one of the largest and most beautiful beaches in Alicante next to a natural cove called Cabo Huertas. There are all kinds of shops very close (supermarkets, Eco shops, clothing stores, restaurants and a shopping center with a playground). My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children).
