Au cœur du quartier touristique dans le vieux Nice superbe studio rénové à neuf,climatisé. Salle de bain douche à l'italienne, cuisine très bien équipée, coin salon avec TV, coin nuit avec lit face à une télé et une cheminée. L'appartement est bien insonorisé, au cœur d'une zone piétonne, proche des plages, du Cours Saleya ,du marché aux fleurs .Très au calme tout en étant au cœur de l'animation et de la vie niçoise avec ses restaurants, boutiques, spécialités niçoises. Le tram est à 2 minutes.

My cottage in Pélasque ***

Air-conditioned apartment 45 minutes from Nice airport and Saint Augustin train station (accessible by bus line 90), in the Vésubie valley, at the gates of Mercantour National Park, with many outdoor activities and attractions nearby. There is a Carrefour Market open 7/7 and 24/24 gas station 10 minutes from the accommodation by car. The first restaurant is in the center of the village 5 minutes drive away, I can book you a table there.

My place is located on the ground floor of a house, on two levels, in the center of the village. South, not overlooked, nearby parking lots. The village opens up its hikes on the Mercantour. Dogs allowed, notify. Dinners on request, served on site. Everything is included: sheets, towels, linen, and breakfast available on the first day. House Rules, Inventory at check-out.
