Small and nice

On the 2nd floor of a 600-year-old house is the cozy apartment located 5 minutes' walking distance from the picturesque old town. The nearest grocery store is even closer. From the window and balcony you can see the mountains in the south as in the north and in front of them the mighty trees of a large garden, in between the road, the wall and our garden. By car, you can reach the free parking lot on the edge of the Hall Valley, part of the largest nature park in Austria, the Karwendel, in about 10 minutes.

A cozy sleeping area features a black bed adorned with patterned pillows in shades of red and yellow. A mountain silhouette is artistically painted on the vibrant green wall above the bed, complemented by bedside lamps providing soft illumination.

Waldeck vacation rental at the foot of the Zugspitze, 1-room apartment.

We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

A landscaped garden area is showcased, featuring vibrant flowers in decorative pots surrounded by green grass. A mature tree provides shaded space, while a path leads to the entrance of a modern building with a balcony above.

Telfs with shopping center, restaurants, doctor's house and pharmacy. State capital Innsbruck with culture, gastronomy and shopping center. Wonderful scenery for hiking, biking and relaxing. Mountains, lakes, recreation rooms and wellness right outside the front door;-)
