Cosy romantic hide Away

Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Ideal zum Wandern, Radfahren, Langlaufen. Ein öffentliches Naturfreibad, ein Kneippbecken nebenan erfrischen ihren Urlaub. I speak english. Welcome!

Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.
