Our Seaside Studio sleeps 2 guests comfortably, one queen size bed, one queen sofa bed, 1 full bath, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our studio provides all the amenities of a home with an extraordinary location close to all of your vacation needs. You can take a walk to the Blue Jays Stadium, you are 1 Mile to Downtown Dunedin where restaurants and shops awaiting to please your palate.

Bright, stylish and quaint. Newly remodeled and furnished to make you feel like you're at your own beach home. Grab your provided beach chair and towel for your short jaunt down to the beach(a football field away) and take a deep breath; let the endless views, waves crashing and sand between your toes take you away. The well appointed kitchen can be used to simply make coffee or a full dinner. Don't feel like cooking? No problem! Indian Rocks Beach offers local coffee, lunch and dinner spots!

This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

Cozy 2 Bedroom - 12 Minutes from Clearwater Beach

Make your vacation relaxing, fun and easy! - Kick back in the hammock or have some coffee with loved ones in the peaceful private backyard. - Take the 12 minute drive to the beach with the provided boogie boards, chairs and sand toys. - Take a walk or bike ride on the gorgeous Pinellas Trail. You'll also find some of the best coffee, food and ice cream on the way. -Golf courses close by. This is a separate unit that shares a driveway and parking area with the front house.

Upper Old Oaks Bungalow 15 min to Clearwater Beach

NOTE: We lost two big trees in the backyard so the paving walkway is a little out of sorts & the train track in the back is visible. Please check post-hurricane photos of the backyard. We priced it accordingly. If any of these concern you, we encourage you to book elsewhere. Apartment is newly remodeled. New kitchen & bathroom w/ standing shower (no tub). New photos soon! You're renting half of a duplex. You will be staying upstairs.
