Nestled in the Beautiful seascape of the Bay Area, this warm and welcoming home is centrally located to everything Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel have to offer! The stunning sand dunes by the home and the views of the setting sun on the ocean horizon are sure to impress. The home is in a safe secluded area and offers keypad entry, driveway parking, and 2 car garage. Please note this home is not on the beach. It is on the other side of Highway 1 and the mapped location is accurate.

Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

There is a BBQ along with a firepit and outdoor furniture for your comfort. Once inside you can enjoy an equally comfortable and inviting space. Close enough to walk to downtown restaurants and shops, Asilomar State Beach and other sites all within minutes of our home. Private yard with a deck and outdoor furniture for entertaining.
