In the middle of 5000m2 of greenery and olive trees countryside and absolute calm no opposite house on one level with a 12par4 pool including pool cover, outdoor summer kitchen relaxation area children's playground, boule court. 5 minutes from the beach and city center.(6km from the city center and beach. supermarket and bakery 4 minutes away)namely it is a top of the villa on the ground floor with a separate entrance from the bottom of the villa for seasonal rental too .(top of villa not overlooked )

Charming house with Provencal style in a very quiet residential area. Gorgeous and meditative view over the vineyard and the sea. Walking distance to the village Ollioules where all the necessities are like bakery, supermarket, cafés and restaurants. Completeley new swimmingpool, visible from the terrace, with a spacious tile deck and outdoor shower. Direct access to the house without fence. Also adapted for homeoffice with ultra high speed Internet. 10 min. drive to the beach, 20 min by bike.
