La vecchia fattoria Ferretti oggi è un accogliente casa di campagna con due appartamenti indipendenti. Il più grande dei due è proprio l’Abitazione del Lauro. Uno grande spazio su due piani con 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni e ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi. Scegliendo questo spazio soggiornerete poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura e nella pace della campagna, circondati dagli animali selvatici del nostro grande giardino attrezzato.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Ca La Broca® is located in Castagnetoli, far from the chaos of the city and framed in the Teglia Valley in the wonderful lands of Lunigiana. Suitable for those looking for peace and quiet in contact with the nature that hosts the medieval village. 6 km away is the A15 exit of Pontremoli that connects La Spezia and the subsequent 5 Terre, Portovenere, Levanto and other notable tourist resorts on both the Ligurian and Tuscan sea coast in 30-40 minutes.

Entrance with a living room equipped with a TV, a wood-burning fireplace and a sofa bed for 1 and a half; a kitchen with an electric oven and a dishwasher; on the first floor there is a large double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a single bed. Outside there is a garden with table for outdoor dining.

The house consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a living room, a living/study room, two bathrooms, kitchen, a laundry room and a small cellar. It is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes from the Station and for those who arrive by car and need to park it is no more than 100 meters from the underground parking lot on Kennedy Street.
